What It Is: The third edition of a flagship national study that surveyed 21,239 students across 115 schools in 14 districts of 7 states (Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Gujarat, Punjab, Karnataka, and Rajasthan). The report explores students’ career aspirations, awareness, access to counselling, and the socio-economic barriers they face.

Impact: Provides critical insights for policymakers, educators, and institutions to strengthen India’s career guidance ecosystem, ensuring that every young person has access to structured career support and can make informed, aspiration-driven choices

Provided individualized counseling to 200 students, guiding them toward academic and career success. Focused on identifying strengths, setting goals, and addressing personal challenges, helping students make informed decisions about their future pathways.

Worked as a helpline counselor, assisting 418 students in exploring career options, college admissions, and scholarship opportunities. Offered personalized advice to empower students in making confident and informed career choices.

Conducted one-on-one counseling sessions with 12 students, focusing on personalized career guidance and addressing individual aspirations. Helped students gain clarity on academic goals and explore suitable career pathways.

Provided one-on-one counseling to 17 students, helping them gain insights into academic and professional opportunities. Addressed personal challenges and guided students toward choosing suitable educational and career paths.

Led the baseline survey for 1,500 students in Banda district, UP, gathering valuable data on career aspirations and educational needs. Analyzed findings to inform future guidance strategies and support educational initiatives.

Successfully completed Phase 1 Implementation for 125 scholars within 30 days, including assessment, scheduling, and one-on-one counseling. Ensured personalized guidance and timely support for each participant.

Conducted one-on-one counseling for 144 students from Maharashtra, focusing on career planning and skill development. Guided students in identifying strengths and building confidence to pursue their aspirations.
